Biography:  Arthur H. Rothwell, III is the oldest child born to Arthur H. Rothwell, Jr and Shirley Boulware Rothwell. Arthur received his formal education in the Southeast Delco School District graduating from Darby Township High School in 1979. He continued his education while attending the Historical Cheyney University of PA in the eighties. While attending Cheyney University he met his wife and was blessed with three children out of this union. All three of his children graduated from the Historical Lincoln University.

Arthur has worked in some form of corrections for the majority of his adult life. He started with working for a juvenile facility known as Glen Mills Schools. He later worked for Devereux Foundation with Behavioral clients. Arthur has always had an affection for helping children and adults who need assistance.

​

Arthur has worked in adult corrections as a corrections officer; corrections counselor; state parole agent and retired as a state parole supervisor in August '2022. After his retirement he became certified as a DreamBuilder Coach on September 18, 2022.

​

Now combining this background with the proven DreamBuilder technology, Arthur is helping clients achieve extraordinary results in accelerated time. He is filled with joy and gratitude as he works with people to transform their lives and close the gap between the life they were living and the life they LOVE living.
